Fruited Berliner Weisse |5.0%| Blender Blackberry is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of blackberries. Big flavors of blackberry cobbler and tart yogurt complexity with a pleasing wheat finish.

Czech Pilsner | 5.2% | A Pilsner that was cold fermented and lagered for many weeks. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz, we get notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh-cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

Witbier | 5.2% | June is a witbier brewed in the traditional method
with 50% flaked raw wheat. Light additions of lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander add wonderful botanical notes to this creamy
and refreshing wheat ale.

Marzen Lager | 5.7% | Brewed with large amounts of dark Munich malt as well as other specialty German malts. Lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh to produce a balanced bitterness. Carefully fermented and lagered for 4 weeks. Spunded to lock in beautiful lager esters and natural carbonation. Unfiltered and made without clarity agents. Notes of toffee, dark fruit, toasted almonds, and freshly baked brioche.

Dry Cider | 5.8% | This dry cider was made from a blend of heritage cider apple varieties that were pressed in the fall of 2023 and fermented and cold conditioned for nearly a year. A mixture of wild fermented and wine yeast fermented cider results in crisp flavors of meyer lemon, green apple skin, pear, honey, wet slate, and wild fermentation complexity.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.

DIPA | 8.0% | Spectrum is a Double IPA brewed with white, red, and flaked
wheat. Heavily hopped with two of our favorite American and Australian hops. Notes of crushed concord grape, dank pineapple, and passionfruit.
