Fruited Berliner Weisse | 5.0% | Blender Raspberry is a Berliner Weisse hopped with Mosaic and conditioned on massive amounts of raspberries. Intense flavors of raspberry juice, tart yogurt complexity, and a pleasing wheat finish.

Dry Cider | 5.0% | Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Our first cider available in cans. Semi-Dry has a touch of residual apple sugar compared to its older sister, Elmwood Dry. We fermented this new cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect balance of body and sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor.

Czech-Style Pilsner |5.2%| A pilsner that’s cold fermented and lagered for many weeks. Hopped entirely with Czech Saaz. Notes of bready pilsner malt, fresh cut flowers, white tea leaves, and soft minerality

APA | 5.4% | Nectar is an American Pale Ale brewed with huge amounts of flaked wheat on top of a base of pilsner malt. We used Citra in the whirlpool and 100% Nectaron for the dry hop. Light and refreshing with flavors of cream of wheat followed by white peach, passionfruit, lychee, grapefruit, and lemon zest from the Nectaron hops.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Carbon is our OG oatmeal stout from opening weekend! Brewed with heaps of roasted and caramel malts, huge amounts of flaked oats, and fermented cool with our house ale yeast. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, oatmeal cookies, and dried cherries, with a touch of smoke on the finish.

Dry Cider | 7.0% | We get notes of freshly baked apples, pie spice, toasted almond, floral honey, with a bright acidity and a long finish.

IPA |7.5%| Reef is a collaboration with the women of our company, celebrating the power of inclusivity in a traditionally male dominated industry. This IPA is brewed with huge amounts of fluffy raw wheat, conditioned on fresh coconut, and then heavily dry hopped with Citra and Motueka. Notes of pina coladas and tropical smoothies on the beach.

DIPA | 8.0% | A double IPA brewed with white wheat malt, flaked wheat, and flaked oats. Super saturated with one of our favorite American hop varieties. A fluffy citrus creamsicle.
