Fruited Berliner Weisse | 5.0% | Blender Tonga is our second eighth anniversary release. We usually go all out for these one-off anniversary blenders and this one is no different. Inspired by the classic Mai Tais of the 40s and 50s, we packed this one full of tangerine, key lime, and pineapple. Then we conditioned it on 125 pounds of in-house toasted almonds, and finished with a floral note of orange blossom. We get wonderful flavors of Trader Vic’s Mai Tais wrapped in a warm tropical breeze.

Dry Cider | 5.0% | Elmwood Cider: Semi-Dry
Our first cider available in cans. Semi-Dry has a touch of residual apple sugar compared to its older sister, Elmwood Dry. We fermented this new cider low and slow with our house yeast, leaving the perfect balance of body and sweetness and tons of fresh pressed apple flavor.

IPA | 5.5% | Little Cloud is brewed to be extremely crushable, while still retaining a fluffy mouthfeel and full flavor profile. We used large amounts of flaked wheat, flaked oats and pilsner malt in the mash. Balanced additions of our favorite American hop result in flavors of lemon meringue, white tea, and tangerine juice.

IPA | 6.5% | An IPA brewed with malted and flaked wheat, hopped with generous amounts of one of our favorite American varieties. Notes of grapefruit and melon with a fluffy wheat finish.

Red Ale | 6.3% | Garnet is our modern take on the classic Irish red ale. Brewed with a wonderful variety of toasted grains that lend notes of toffee, caramel, dried cherry, dates, leather, and toasty bread.

Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Oatmeal Stout | 6.5% | Carbon is our OG oatmeal stout from opening weekend! Brewed with heaps of roasted and caramel malts, huge amounts of flaked oats, and fermented cool with our house ale yeast. Flavors of dark chocolate ganache, oatmeal cookies, and dried cherries, with a touch of smoke on the finish.

Dry Cider | 7.0% | We get notes of freshly baked apples, pie spice, toasted almond, floral honey, with a bright acidity and a long finish.

DIPA | 8.2% | Tunnels is a DIPA brewed with huge amounts of fluffy wheat and oats, and loaded with two of our very favorite hops from New Zealand and America. Extremely soft and completely saturated with flavors of cantaloupe panna cotta, infused gummy bears, and lime sherbet.

Cypress is our barrel aged barleywine. It was brewed with a huge double mash of Maris Otter malt and boiled for an extended period of time. It was then laid to rest in freshly dumped Willet bourbon barrels for over a year. This blend has some 2 and 3 year old barleywine added to the blend. Were very happy with the resulting notes of sticky toffee pudding, molasses cookies, toasted pecan, and complex barrel flavors from the extended time in toasted American oak.
