Dahlia

(4.8%) Dahlia is a German-style Pilsner. Over the past year, lagers have become a much bigger part of what we do here at New Park Brewing. We love them for their simplicity and subtlety. Brewing them requires great attention to detail and careful technique. The end result is always worth the many months of cold conditioning and careful process. 
 
This German-Style Pilsner was brewed with the best European Pilsner Malt, and a beautiful crop of Hallertau Mittelfruh. It was fermented cold, and conditioned for 8 weeks. Natural Carbonation lends a thick and creamy lasting foam to this very special crispy beer. We get notes of jasmine flowers, white tea, lemon verbena, and a pleasing mineralogy on the snappy finish.
