(7.0%) Expression 29 is an IPA brewed with tons of raw wheat to produce a lightly colored and hazy ipa with a tart finish that is common in wheat beers. Then we took the highest quality and freshest Nelson Sauvin we could find and combined it with Citra and Simcoe cryo, and layered these hops during the boil, whirlpool, and dry hop stages. We get notes of starfruit, ripe guava, Sauvignon Blanc grapes, Pineapple Express, and cotton candy.
