Gato Viejo

(5.6%) Gato Viejo is a barrel-ages gose. We blended year old Don Gato barrels to balance the unique characteristics of different wild yeast cultures in each. We added freshly zested lime and a light dry hop addition of Motueka from New Zealand. Notes of fresh margaritas, light salinity, cracked wheat, passionfruit juice, with a beautiful minerality on the finish. Naturally carbonated in the bottle. Artwork by @genevievemaysiren.
